Administration Office Hours

The Vibrant Arena Administrative Offices are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

You may contact our Guest services during a ticketed event at (309) 764-2001.

Box Office Hours

Our box office is open with Fall/Winter hours:

• Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
• On Saturday, when there is no ticketed event, from 10:00am to 2:00pm. 
• On most Event Days, the box office opens at 10:00am and remains open through the start of the event.
• When the Quad City Storm plays on a Sunday, the box office opens at noon, and remains open through the start of the game.

The Vibrant Arena box office cannot sell a ticket over the phone, with exception of special needs orders. 

Tickets may be purchased on-line or over the telephone directly with Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800-653-8000.
